We are primarily a courier services company that serves businesses that require high volume deliveries. Beyond this, we also over backroom auxiliary services to our clients. We collaborate with our clients in order for us to comply with their needs. This may include the delivery item size and nature, volume, turnaround times, etc. We are able to tailorfit our services in order to do so.

AUXILIARY SERVICES
Zip is primarily a courier services company that serves business and individuals that require high volume deliveries. We deliver a wide range of goods, with a fleet and logistics capacity that can be adapted to a client’s specific requirements. We deliver documents such as statements of account, bill, letters, invitation, and marketing materials. We also deliver various sizes of parcels and packages, including perishables and fragile items.
Delivery of Documents
Zip began and grew as a company delivering documents for our corporate clients. As such, it has become one of strengths to delivery various kinds of documents to customers. We deliver documents such as billings, letters, event invitations, and marketing materials.
Parcels & Packages
Zip also delivers various sizes of parcels and packages. Items may range in size from small pouch to shoebox sizes that can fit in our messenger’s motorcycle boxes. We can also deliver items as big as balikbayan boxes using the rest of our logistics fleet.
Perishables
We also have experience in delivering a varied assortment in the nature of items, all according to the needs of our clients. We are able to deliver perishable items for our clients while adhering to their standards. We can deliver perishable items such as frozen food and fruits.
Fragile Items
We pride ourselves in the ability to handle our client’s items with enough care. For items that require extra care, we do coordinate with our clients to provide handling guidelines to keep delivery items safe. We can deliver fragile items such as photo frames of various sizes as well as ornamentals.
AUXILIARY SERVICES
We have expanded our services to cater to a wider range of support that our logistics fleet can offer. Over the years, clients have entrusted additional services to supplement the delivery services we provide for them. We have done so and have grown our expertise beyond delivery. With that, Zip also offers backroom auxiliary services to our clients depending on their needs.
End to End Lettershop
Lettershop mailing is what we call the process of preparing your items for delivery. We understand that other businesses have this need when sending items out to their customers. As we are a courier services company, lettershoping is part and parcel of what we do. We are able to offer lettershoping to our clients. This includes data processing, assembly jobs, packaging, sorting, and kitting.
Encoding Services
Encoding as we know it is the conversaion of hard copy hand written reports into type written data we our computers can consume. This may be a need for some companies to easily read data instead of reading the handwritten reports one by one. This makes the data searchable and easy to work with. We have the resources to be able to provide this service to our clients.
Scanning of Hardcopy Documents or Digitization
Digitization is the process of converting information into digital format. In this process, we scan the hardcopy docuemnts of our clients and convert this into softcopy format for easier consumption. In this way, businesses would be able to refer to these documents on their screens instead of filing through folders and boxes of paper.
Warehousing & Fulfillment
Warehousing is the storage of product items for distribution or delivery to their customers or end users. Fulfillment involves pick and pack, and arrangement for delivery of the items. The pick and pack is when items are “picked” from storage based on the order, and then “packed” according to the requirements of the clients. These services can also be used in conjunction with the courier services that we offer for seamless delivery of product items to our clients’ customers.
